摘要 对32具64侧男性成人伸肌下支持带的形态、结构及腓深神经在足部行程中的有关形态进行解剖观察,其中,神经在伸肌下支持带深面与距骨颈之间呈扁形者占79.7%;在伸肌下支持带下前方与距骨头之间呈扁形者占57.8%;腓深神经内侧支在(足母)短伸肌腱深面呈扁形者占76.7%;外侧支在(足母)短伸肌深面呈扁形者占84.4%。文中还对前跗管综合征的病因和手术方法作了讨论。 The shape and structure of the inferior extensor retinacutureand the compressed deep peroneal nerve in the course of the feet were observed on 32 adult cadavers (64 feet). It was found that the compressed deep peroneal nerve accounted for 19.7% between the inferior extensor retinacuture and the neck of the talus and 57.8% between the front of inferior extensor retinacuture and the head of the talus. The compressed medial branch of the nerve below the extensor hallucis brevis tendon was 76.7%, and the compressed lateral branch of the nerve below the extensor digitorum brevis, 84.4%. All the compressed nerves showed a flat shape. The cause and the operation of the anterior tarsal syndrome are discussed in this paper.
