摘要
本文报道177例血源性金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的临床表现,农民占多数。临床上除有呼吸道的症状体征外。肺内并发症以胸膜病变最多,迁徙性病灶以软组织脓肿多见。治疗采用新型青霉素Ⅱ,庆大霉素联合应用,并积极治疗其并发症与合并症。本组患者的预后大多良好,治愈率达82％。
The present report is an attempt to describe clinical manifestations of hemalogenous pneumonia due to Staphylococcus Aureus seen in 177 patients (farmers composing the majority) . Apart from respiratory symptoms and signs, pleurarelated disorders accounted for most of the complications. The migrating focus presented mainly with abscess of soft tissues. Our treatment consisted of the administration of Oxaci-llin together with Gentamycin and active therapy of their complications and syndromes. Most of our patients have a better prognosis, and the cure rate is found in 82%.
