摘要 通过对主厂房结构方案的空间需求分析,研究常见的主厂房楼层钢次梁与框架主梁节点模型的形式及特点,提出在1 000 MW机组主厂房楼层钢次梁与框架主梁连接采用劲型预埋铁焊接方式,以节省挑耳空间,方便施工,缩短施工周期,减少建设期投资。 Through analysis of space need for the structure scheme of the major factory building, the common types and characteristics of joint model for steel secondary beam and frame girder of the major factory building were studied,it was proposed that adopting the embedded steel welding mode for connection of steel secondary beam and frame girder in 1000MW unit of main factory building can save projecting cave space, facilitate construction, shorten construction period and reduce construction investment.
