摘要
阐述了模块化建造概念及其与传统建造模式的区别,并通过部分案例分析,总结了模块化建造对工程造价有利与不利的影响。
The concept of modular construction and its difference from the traditional construction mode were described, through part of case analysis, and the beneficial influence and adverse influence of the modular construction on engineering cost were summarized.
