多层向肌注法胰岛移植治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病6例报道

TREATMENT OF IDDM WITH INTRAMUSCULAR ISLET TRANSPLANTATION BY INJECTION OF MULTIPLE LAYERS AND DIRECTIONS( Report of 6 Cases )

本文报道采用胎胰悬液于受体三角肌或臀上部肌肉作多层次、多方向注射,治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者6例。其中4例作一期治疗,各注射3个胎胰。2例作二期治疗,每例共注射5个胎胰。移植后,开始见效时间为4～10天,平均6.5天,每日胰岛素用量平均下降43.2％,空腹血糖下降41.0％,24h尿糖减少55.1％。均达到有效标准。有效期为3～6.5个月,平均4.4个月。其后血糖、尿糖渐有回升,但仍低于移植前。移植后,除2例发生一过性低血糖症状外,未发现有其他副作用。

This paper reports 6 cases of IDDM treated by injection of human fetal pancreatic suspension into deltoideus or the upper part of glutaeus maximus musculi of receptors in ultiple layers and directions. Among them were 4 cases injected with three fetal pancreases respectively for a period of time, and 2 cases injected with five fetal pancreases respectively for two periods of time. This transplantation began to show its effect after 4-10 days (average 6.4 days ) . On average the daily close of insulin decreased 43.2%, the fasting blood sugar 37.5%, and the urine sugar 55.1% for 24h. AH of which reached the effective criterion. The effective period was maintained for 2-6m (average 4.4m) . Afterwards the blood sugar and urine sugar rebounded gradually, but still lower than those before transplantation. After transplantation, no side-effects were observed except for transient hypoglycaemia in 2 cases.
