摘要
日语专业的学生,有"四强"的特征。表演模仿能力强;语言感受力强;上进心强;个性也强。都有潜力可以引导。通过什么方法和内容,培养创造性的外语人才。树立好榜样,增强上进心,树立大目标;一句话培养新的学历观是个关键。精读课从每一个知识点的讲解到运用,是样样具细的教学活动。外语教师在训练学生读写听说译时,必须从课程的内容设置,课堂指导的方法,作业的批改回答问题的评价方面等进行改革,才能提高其教学质量。在训练时,既要稳中拉齐,又要按专业水准拔尖;教育者需要有丰富的经验;而且要有慈母般的爱情;更要讲究教学方法;讲解要详,教法要灵;就象教练员训练运动员一样。运动固然必需,但最主要的是化讲解为队员的行动,促使他们通过艰苦的训练掌握精确﹑漂亮的传球,堵截,射门等一系列动作。本文拟从专业日语学生的特征的多样性出发,论述如何培养学生的创造性,改进目前的培养模式,探索出符合学生的特征的外语教法来。
For the time being,in many foreign language institutes the specialized Japanese writing maintains a low level all the time,so many composition teachers are thinking hard on how to improve the level of writing course of foreign language.Improving writing level from explanation to writing technique becomes one of the essential aims in a specialized teaching.It is an important topic to confirm it into the operational part of knowledge structure and conform to teaching mode innovation of universities and institutes after China participated in WTO. When the foreign language teachers are training the students in writing compositions,just like football coaches,compared to the explanation to the motion,it is the most necessary to turn the explanation into the activities of the team members and through hard training make them acquire a series of skills such as :good pass,cut off and shot.
