Thinking Upon the Sports System Reform Under Zeitgeist

以当今中国主流的价值观来考量竞技体育举国体制,可以更多地看到体育改革的必要性和紧迫性。它的很多行为大多是违背市场游戏规则的。它基本停留在人的工具本位上,违背"以人为本"的原则,周而复始的短期行为使之不可持续发展。它具有高度的行政垄断色彩,与加强和创新社会管理的理念相抵触。体育文化产业迟迟迈不开步伐,一些运动项目的"职业化",停滞于准职业化的水平。在和平发展的时代,必须解决"为国争光"至上,还是"体育精神"为重的问题,一味强调民族主义的意识形态,其结果是赢了金牌,丢了国格。

The paper is devoted to think upon the reform for China＇s sports whole nation system, in terms of the mainstream ideology in the country, which in turn shows its necessity and urgency in requirement for the reform even more. The system＇ s many behaviors are against the normal rules in market, and still stick with the ideology of making human instrumental, which internally violates sport＇s natural dependence on humanity. Moreover, the non--stop cycling of short-- term behaviors has also failed to sustain a continuous development for China＇ s sports. It has be- come a concentrated administrative monopoly, conflicted with the ration of strengthening the so- cial management in the new era. So the sports industry fail to grow, few sports are administra- tively ＂professionalized＂, and become stagnant in a half--baked condition. In an era emphasizing the Peaceful Development, the problem of cups and medals mania has to be solved, if we continue to rely on sports＇ role to boost nationalism, we will only harvest those medals, but lose China＇s dignity.
