芦笋提取物的抗肿瘤作用——Ⅲ 芦笋提取物对荷S_(180)肉瘤小鼠血浆环鸟苷酸水平的影响

本文应用^(125)I-cGMP放射免疫分析法,检测了灌喂芦笋尖提取液、芦笋尖乙醇提取液及生理盐水的S_(180)肉瘤小鼠血浆cGMP含量,结果分别为16.38±3.77Pmol/ml,19.65±6.66Pmol/ml和26.39±5.01Pmol/ml,经统计学处理(t检验),芦笋尖提取液及芦笋尖乙醇提取液均能显著降低荷瘤小鼠血浆的cGMP水平。

The level of serum cGMP in mice with sarcoma l80, perfused with tender tips extract, stems alcohol extract and normal saline(NS) respectively in a dose of 0.5ml/mouse for four limes every other day, was measured by 125I-cGMP radioimmunoassay. The findings were 16.38±3.77 pmol/ml, 19.65±6.66 pmol/ml and 26.39±5.01 pmol/ml respectively. Statistical management ( t test), showed that both tender tips extract and stems alcohol extract could remarkably reduce the level of serum cGMP in mouse with sarcoma l80.
