摘要
在分析紫茎泽兰不同部位纤维素、木素和多戊糖等组分含量的基础上,探索了用水煮预处理,再以乙二醇(EG)和水的混合溶剂在硫酸催化下进行组分分离,得到综纤维素含量达93.60%的纤维素产品,同时还分离出了木素。对EG-水混合溶剂体系的回收再利用研究证实其可高效回收并循环利用。
Based on analyzing the contents of cellulose, lignin, poly-pentose, etc. in different parts of the plant, isolation of cellulose from eupatorium adenophorum with mixed solvent of EG and water under catalyzing by sulfuric acid was researched. The holocellulose reached 93. 60%in the obtained cellulosic product and lignin could he isolated in this procedure. Furthermore, the EG-water mixed solvent system was proved to be recycled in high efficiency.
