摘要
采用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)研究了微生物凝固天然橡胶(NR-m)和酸凝固天然橡胶(NR-a)生胶的弹性模量(G′)和损耗因子(tanδ),并用Ostwald幂律方程和Arrhenius-Frenkel-Eyring方程求取天然橡胶的流动指数(n)、流体稠度(k)及粘流活化能(E)。研究结果表明:两种凝固工艺天然橡胶生胶的G′、tanδ、n、k及E都具有相同的变化趋势,且NR-m的G′、k和E均高于NR-a的,而其tanδ和n则均比NR-a的低。
The elastic modulus(G') and loss factor(tang) of microbial coagulation (NR-m) and acid coagulation (NR-a) of fresh latex are analyzed using a rubber process analyzer (RPA). The flow behavior index (n), consistency index (k) and activation energy of viscous flow (E) are obtained using the Ostwald equation and Arrhenius Frenkel- Eyring equation. The results show that the variation trends of G', tang, n, k and E of NR-m are similar to those of NR-a. The values of G', k and E of NRm are higher than those of NR-a while the tang and n of NR-m are lower than those of NR-a.
