MMA的电子活化再生原子转移自由基沉淀聚合

摘要 以乙醇为溶剂,氯化铜(CuCl2.2H2O)为催化剂,抗坏血酸为还原剂,溴乙酸乙酯为引发剂,PMDETA为配体,进行了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的电子活化再生原子转移自由基(AGET ATRP)沉淀聚合,通过GPC和称重法对聚合物进行表征。结果表明,在这种催化体系中甲基丙烯酸甲酯的转化速率较快,甲基丙烯酸甲酯的AGETATRP沉淀聚合得到了较好的实现,获得了分子量分布较窄的聚合物,并且沉淀聚合实现了产物与催化剂的分离。 Precipitation polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) by AGET ATRP, with cuprous chloride (CuCl2 ·2H2O)/ascorbic acid/PMDETA(C9 H23 N3 ) as catalyst, and initiated by ethyl bromoacetate in ethanol solution, was carried out. Molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were characterized by GPC. The results show that MMA can be rapidly polymerized with high monomer conversion. PMMA with relative narrow molecular weight distribution can be synthesized. Precipitation polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) by AGET ATRP possesses characteristics of controlled/"living" radical polymerization.
