中厚板轧制变形过程的温度场数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field in Plate Rolling Process

温度是中厚板轧制生产过程中一项重要的工艺参数。通过分析轧件轧制过程的传热关系,对中厚板的轧制过程进行了一定的简化,采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对轧制过程的温度场进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与实际相符,为生产轧制过程和工艺参数优化提供了重要的参考依据。

In the process of plate rolling, the temperature is an important production process parameter. By analysing heat transfer relation of rolled piece in rolling process, the plate rolling process was simplified. The temperature field of plate rolling process was simulated by software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation result shows good agreement with actual temperature field. It can provide an important reference for optimization of roiling process and production process parameters.
