不同有机无机肥配施对空心菜的根系特性、产量与品质的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Different Ratios of Organic-Inorganic Fertilizer on the Root Characteristics,Yield and Quality of Water Spinach

摘要 采用田间小区试验,研究了不同比例对空心菜的根系特性、产量与品质的影响,为生猪养殖垫料废弃物肥料化利用提供科学依据。试验结果表明:在空心菜生育中期,处理提高空心菜根系活力的效果最好,有利于植株生长;处理的空心菜产量都比纯化肥处理高,A处理的空心菜的产量相比各处理达到最高,比纯化肥提高14.58%;处理空心菜硝酸盐含量低于纯化肥处理,以D处理效果最明显,还可提高空心菜可溶性糖和还原性维C的含量,对粗纤维含量影响不大。综上表明可以促进蔬菜生长,提高蔬菜品质,增加蔬菜产量,其中以A、B处理的效果最好。 Application of organic-inorganic fertilizers can ensure sustainable agriculture development. Field experiments were carried out to study the effect of different ratios of organic and inorganic fertilizer on the root characteristics, quality and yield of water spinach. The results were listed as follows: 1) In the middle stage of water spinach growth, organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment improved the activity of the root of water spinach most efficiently, and was beneficial to the plant growth; 2) The yields of different treatments of combined application of organic-inorganic fertilizer were higher than pure chemical fertilizer application. The organic-inorganic fertilizer amendment increased the yield of water spinach to the highest level compared to others, and was increased 14.58% over the pure chemical fertilizer amendment; 3) Nitrate content was lower in the pure chemical fertilizer amendment than organic-inorganic fertilizer amendment, and treatment D achieved the highest fertilizer efficiency. The combined application of organic-inorganic fertilizer also increased soluble sugar content and restored vitamin C of water spinach, and had a positive impact on crude fiber. The above results indicated that the combination of organic-inorganic fertilizer could promote vegetable to grow, improve the quality of vegetable, increase vegetable production, and the most effective amendment was A and B.
