摘要
目的观察白芍总苷对大鼠胶原性关节炎(CIA)关节肿胀度和组织学的影响。方法用鸡Ⅱ型胶原诱导建立CIA大鼠模型,造模后第7~27 d,用药组每日白芍总苷(TPG,25,50,100 mg.kg-1.d-1)灌胃,模型组等量生理盐水灌胃。观察CIA大鼠足爪组织病理学变化及关节指数、体重变化。结果与模型组相比,TPG可明显降低CIA大鼠关节指数(P<0.05),大、中剂量白芍总苷使CIA大鼠体重明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论白芍总苷对大鼠胶原性关节炎有明显抑制作用,能明显改善CIA大鼠症状。
Objective To study the effects of total glucosides of paeonia (TPG) on selling dimension of joints and knee pathomorphology of collagen- induces arthritis(CIA) rats. Methods CIA model in SD rats was established. The CIA model rats were lavaged with TGP 25,50 and 100 mg . kg-1 . d- 1, model group was lavaged partes aequales normal saline. The effects of TGP on the degree of foot swelling dimension of joints and knee pathomorphology , arthritis index (AI)and the body weight were observed. Results Compared with CIA model group,TGP could inhibit the swelling of CIA rats paw and decrease articular index(P 〈0. 05). Middle and high dose TPG (50, 100 mg . kg-1 ) could effectively relieve the weight loss of CIA rats(P 〈0. 01). Conclusion TGP has obvious inhibition on CIA rats and can has greatly improved the effects on CIA rats.
