摘要
通过硝酸银和柠檬酸钠的还原反应制备了纳米银溶胶,利用UV-Vis吸收光谱,ζ电势,透射电镜(TEM)对制备的银溶胶进行了表征。以结晶紫分子作为探针,研究了结晶紫在银溶胶粒子表面吸附的特点,并利用结晶紫的吸附等温线计算出表面增强拉曼(SERS)增强因子。实验结果表明在不加聚沉剂的条件下,银溶胶仍然具有较高的SERS活性。
In this paper,silver colloids were prepared by reduction from silver nitrate with sodium citrate.The properties of silver colloids were characterized by means of UV-Vis spectroscopy,ζpotential measurements,transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and conductivity.Adsorption of crystal violet onto colloidal silver was researched while using crystal violet as a molecular probe.The enhancement factor of surface-enhanced Raman scattering was calculated by the use of crystal violet adsorption isotherm.Results showed that silver colloids still have high SERS activity without any active substances.
