表面活性剂-苯基荧光酮与钼显色反应的应用

摘要 在曲拉通X-100(Triton X-100)存在下,基于Mo(Ⅳ)-苯基荧光酮(PF)的显色反应,建立了分光光度法测定微量钼的新方法。最大吸收波长为625nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=0.598×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Mo(Ⅳ)含量在0—25μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,线性回归方程为A=0.1824C+0.011,r=0.9991,干扰离子较少。用于地下水和自来水中钼含量的测定,结果令人满意。 Based on the color reaction of Mo(Ⅳ)-phenylfleorone(PF) in the presence of Triton X-100,a new method of determination of trace molybdenum by spectrophotometry was established. The absorption maxima of the complex was 625nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 0.662×10~5 L ? mol^(-1) ? cm^(-1).Beer' s law was obeyed for Mo(Ⅳ) concentration from 0.21μg/25mL to 25μg/25mL.The regression equation was A = 0.1824C + 0.011,and correlation coefficient was 0.9991 with less interference ions.The method is applied to determination of trace molybdenum in groundwater and tap water with satisfactory results.
