紫外分光光度法测定不同释放介质中5-氨基水杨酸 被引量:1

Determination of 5-Aminosalicylic Acid in Different Releasing Medium by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

摘要 建立紫外分光光度法测定5-氨基水杨酸分别在0.1mol·L^(-1)HCl、磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=6.8)、0.5%果胶酶溶液中的含量,测定波长依次是303、330、298nm。5-氨基水杨酸在10—40μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围药物浓度C与吸光度A线性关系良好,相关系数r分别是0.9999、0.9999、0.9997,不同介质中回收率均大于98%,RSD小于1%。方法操作简便,结果准确,可作为5-氨基水杨酸制剂的含量测定方法。 The contents of 5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA) in 0.1mol ? L^(-1) HCl,PBS6.8,0.5% pectin enzyme solution were determined by UV spectrophotometry with detection wavelengths of 303,330,298nm respectively.There was a good linear relationship between drug concentration of 5-ASA and adsorption A in the range of 10—40μg ? mL^(-1) with correlation coefficients of 0.9999, 0.9999,0.9997,respectively,and recoveries of different medium were greater than 98%with RSD less than 1%.The method has simple operation,accurate resultsand,can be applied to determination of content of 5-ASA preparation.
