Determination of Toosendanin in Different Sources of Melia toosendan by HPLC

摘要 对不同地区市售川楝子药材中川楝素含量进行测定与分析,为川楝子质量标准的制定提供参考依据。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28:72,V/V),流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为210nm,柱温为35℃。不同来源川楝子药材中均含有川楝素但含量差异较大,均符合2010年版《中国药典》川楝子含量测定项下的限量标准。方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于川楝子药材及其制剂的质量控制。 The contents of toosendanin in commercially available Melia toosendan in different areas were determined and analyzed,and the results provided reference and basis for formulation of quality standard for Melia toosendan.HPLC was used,the chromatographic conditions were as follows:column of Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm,5μm ).mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (28:72,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0mL ? min^(-1),detection wavelength of 210 nm,column temperature of 35℃.There were significant differences in toosendanin content among the samples from different areas,.According to the method under the item of Melia toosendan in 2010 China Pharmacopoeia,the obtained toosendanin content all met the limited standard.This method is simple,accurate with good repeatability,and can be suitable for the quality control of medicinal materials and preparations of Melia toosendan.
