摘要
利用注射用头孢曲松钠与百里酚蓝在乙醇介质发生荷移反应,建立荷移分光光度法测定注射用头孢曲松钠的含量方法。结果表明,荷移反应生成1:1型配合物,最大吸收波长为450nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为8.18×10~3L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),注射用头孢曲松钠测定线性范围22.56—179.42mg·L^(-1)。
According to charge transfer reaction between thymol blue and ceftriaxone sodium for injection inabsolute ethyl alcohol medium,a method was established to determine content of ceftriaxone sodium for injection by charge transfer spectrophotometry.The experimental results showed that the complex was formed at 1:1.The absorption maximum wavelength was 450nm,and the apparent molar absorption coefficient was 8.18 X 10~3L ? mol^(-1) ? cm^(-1),the linear range of ceftriaxone sodium for injection were 22.56—179.42mg ? L^(-1).
