ICP-AES测定镉及镉合金中的杂质元素

Determination of Impurities Elements in Cadmium and Cadmium Alloy by ICP-AES

采用ICP-AES同时测定镉及镉合金中锌、铅、铁、铜、砷、锑、锡、镍、铋、铊10种杂质元素的含量。各元素的检出限为0.0018—0.030μg/mL,相对标准偏差为1.36%—4.42%,样品加标回收率为90%—110%。测试结果表明,该法是测定镉及镉合金的简单、准确、快速的方法。

Contents of impurities elements（Zn,Pb,Fe,Cu,As,Sb,Sn,Ni,Bi,Ti） in cadmium and cadmium alloy were determined by ICP-AES.The detection limts of various elements were from 0.0018μg/mL to 0.030μg/mL,RSDs were between 1.36%and 4.42%,and recoveries were in the range of 90%—110%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be applied to determination of cadmium and cadmium alloy.
