银杏叶提取物对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察银杏叶提取物 ( GBE)对 型糖尿病 ( DM)患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 ( Ox-L DL)水平的影响。方法 :选择 型 DM及正常对照组各 30例。DM组口服银杏叶治疗 ,用药前后测定 Ox- L DL、丙二醛 ( MDA)、过氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)、空腹血糖 ( FBS)、空腹血胰岛素 ( INS)、糖化血红蛋白 ( Hb Alc)和血脂 ( CH、TG)。结果 : 型 DM血浆 Ox- LDL、MDA水平明显高于对照组 ,而 SOD活力低于对照组。 型 DM组血浆 Ox- L DL、MDA在用药 4周后较前有明显下降 ( P<0 .0 1) ,同时影响血脂水平 ( P<0 .0 5) ;SOD活力和糖代谢指标在用药前后差异不显著。结论 :Ox-L DL在 型 DM的动脉粥样硬化过程中可能发挥重要作用 ;GBE具有良好抗氧化效果 ,对防治DM的血管病变有积极的意义。 To evaluate the antioxidant effect of GBE in inhibiting the Ox LDL level in patients with type 2 DM.Methods:30 type-2 MD cases were selected as DM group and another 30 age and sex matched normal cases served as the control group.Detections were made on the plasma levels of Ox-LDL,malondiadehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),fasting blood sugar (FBS),fasting insulin (INS),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc),blood cholesterol (CH) and triglycerides (TG).Results:The levels of Ox LDL and MDA in MD group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01 ).SOD MD group was also lower than that in the control group ( P< 0.01).After 4 weeks of GBE administration,the levels of Ox LDL and MDA were significantly reduced ( P <0.01) and the same were true to CH and TG ( P <0.05).No statistical differences were found on the SOD activity.Conclusions:Oxidation modified low density lipoprotein played an important role in the pathogenesis of artherosclerosis with type 2 MD and GBE could had an effective antioxidant activity,which was of value in preventing vascular diseases in MD patients.
