Theoretical Models of Factors Affecting the S&T Management Performance in Universities Based on Knowledge Process

随着知识流程逐渐成为知识管理的研究重点,从知识流程角度入手,界定高校科技管理系统中的知识流程概念,研究高校组织中科技管理的绩效。在知识流程层面上分析影响高校科技管理绩效高低的影响因素,并建立基于知识流程的高校科技管理绩效的影响因素理论模型,为之后改进高校科技管理提供知识管理方面的理论基础。

As the knowledge processes of knowledge management have become the focus of the study,starting from the knowledge process perspective,this paper defines the university science and technology knowledge and process management systems concepts,research science and technology management performance in colleges and universities.On level in the knowledge process,it analyses scientific and technological factors affecting university management performance,and builds knowledge-based process of university technology management factors affecting the performance of theoretical models for the improvement of university technology management after the knowledge of management theory.
