摘要
在企业竞争日趋激烈的今天,情报已成为一种重要的生产要素,如何刻画并度量情报价值成为一个关键性问题。不同的情报资源和情报专家可能导致情报的重复、冲突和数据不一致,从而影响决策活动。本文提出了一个基于对象、属性、操作符和值的四元结构化情报表示方法,并通过引入情报相似度和情报可信度的概念,构造一个情报价值计算模型,进而从信息管理的角度探讨情报对于客户需求的价值。
As today's enterprises are facing more and more intense competitions,information is becoming a crucial production factor,so how to characterize and quantify information value becomes a decisive problem.Different information resources and experts may cause information duplication,conflict and incoherence,and lead to inappropriate decisions.This paper proposes a structured information representation vector including four parts: object,attribute,operator and value.By introducing the concepts of information similarity and information reliability,an information value quantification model is built,which serves as a decision support system to evaluate how information worth according to customer requirements.
