摘要
高校图书馆电子期刊数据库绩效评价受评价内容、特点和电子期刊数据库固有特性等方面因素的影响,而各影响因素不能都以定量的形式体现。文章以定性分析和定量分析相结合的思路,采用层次分析法确定指标体系及权重,给出了高校图书馆电子期刊数据库绩效评价的方法,并进行了评价验证。该评价体系具有可行性和指导性,对高校图书馆电子期刊数据库的建设与完善起到一定的指导作用。
Evaluation of the electronic journal database in academic library is affected by the the contents,features and inherent characteristics of electronic journal database,but not all the influence factors can be measured in quantity.Through the idea of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this paper adopts the method of the analytic hierarchy process to determine indicator system and weights and then puts forward the performance evaluation method of the electronic journal database in academic library,and evaluated verification.The results show that the method proposed is feasible and instructive,the evaluation index system do a good directive function in the electronic journal database construction and improvement for academic library.
