Anesthesia effect observation of primacaine adrenaline on deciduous teeth

目的:验证必兰用于乳牙麻醉的效果。方法:选取50名患者,采取自身对照的方法,随机选择1侧下颌乳磨牙采用局部颊粘膜浸润麻醉,对侧下颌乳磨牙采用神经阻滞麻醉。结果:阻滞麻醉注射过程的疼痛程度显著低于浸润麻醉,阻滞麻醉的麻醉效果显著高于浸润麻醉(P<0.01)。结论:下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉对于下颌乳磨牙牙髓麻醉是一种较好的方法。

Objective： To verify the anesthesia effect of Primacaine Adrenaline for deciduous teeth.Methods： Fifty patients,using their own control method,are anesthetic for one side mandibular molar milk by local infiltration anesthesia of buccal mucosa randomly,and the other side by nerve block anesthesia.Results： The pain degree of block anesthesia injection process is significantly lower than that of infiltration anesthesia;the effect of block anesthesia is significantly higher than infiltration anesthesia.Conclusion： Nerve block anesthesia of inferior alveolar for mandibular milk grinding fang pulp is a better method.
