自体CIK细胞回输治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤预防性护理干预分析

The analysis of preventive care intervention of autologous CIK cell transfusion in the treatment of skin cancer

目的:应用自体细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞(CIK)回输治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤,观察预防性护理干预下不良反应的发生情况。方法:将郑州大学第一附属医院2010年1月至2012年4月门诊收治的86例皮肤恶性肿瘤切除术后患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组43例,均行3个疗程的CIK回输治疗,观察分析前2个疗程不良反应发生情况,第1疗程时2组均给予常规护理;第2疗程时对照组给予常规护理,干预组在CIK回输治疗后,制定并按照预防性护理干预方案进行护理。对比第1疗程和第2疗程两组患者不良反应发生率。结果:第1疗程时对照组和干预组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第2疗程时对照组和干预组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组不良反应发生率较对照组明显降低。结论:CIK回输治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤,给予预防性护理干预,可以有效降低不良反应发生率。

Objective： The application of the autologous cytokine-induced killer（CIK） cells transfusion in the treatment of skin malignancies,observing the incidence of adverse reactions under preventive care interventions.Methods： Resection of 86 cases of skin cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2012 outpatient admitted were randomly divided into a control group and the intervention group,43 cases for each group,underwent three courses CIK transfusion therapy,observation analysis of the adverse reactions of the first two courses before the occurrence of the first course of two groups were given conventional care.In second course of treatment,the control group received conventional care,the intervention group CIK transfusion therapy formulated in accordance with the preventive care intervention program in nursing.Contrast first course and second course of the two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions.Results： When the first course of the control group and the intervention group the incidence of adverse reactions compared the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Incidence of adverse reactions of the second course of treatment control group and the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Incidence of adverse reactions intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion： CIK transfusion to treat skin cancer,prophylactic care intervention can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
