摘要
目的:探讨基层ICU护理人力资源配置中使用评分系统的应用效果。方法:将40例ICU患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例,采用护理评分系统对观察组的护理工作量进行评估,然后按照评估结果进行相应的护理资源配置;采用常规方法对对照组患者开展护理工作,比较分析两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组在并发症发生率、住院时间、医疗费用、护理人员对人力资源配置的满意度、患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:采用护理评分系统对ICU护理人力资源进行合理的配置,可以使护理质量得到提升,值得进一步推广及运用。
Objective : To study the effect of the scoring system in use of nursing human resources ill the grassroots ICU. Methods : 40 cases of ICU patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 20 patients in each group. The observation group received care scoring system to assess care resource allocation, and then in accordance with the results of the assessment ; conventional nursing method was given patients of the control group. Nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results : The incidence of complications, length of stay, medical expenses, nursing staff satisfaction with the allocation of human resources, nursing satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was much better than that of the control group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion : Care scoring system for ICU uursing human resources in a reasonable configuration, carl enhanced the quality of care, and deserve further promotion and use
