摘要 孕前或者孕期摄入咖啡因是否对胎儿生长发育有影响还有争议,虽然关于咖啡因对胎儿生长发育影响进行了不同方面研究,但系统分析咖啡因对胎儿生长发育影响的报道较少,本文在大量调研基础上,从受孕、自然流产、先天性畸形、胎儿生长情况等方面进行了总结分析,可为孕期保健提供一定的指导。 It is still controversial whether maternal caffeine intake before or during pregnancy has any influence on fetus.There are plenty of reports discussing the influence of maternal exposure to caffeine during pregnancy from various aspects, but few discuss it in general.Based on wide and careful research, this review gives a conclusion and analysis on fertilization, spontaneous abortion, congenital malformation and fetal growth, which may provide health guidance to pregnant women.
