摘要
[目的]为了对巴氏醋酸杆菌As1.41培养基进行优化。[方法]以巴氏醋酸杆菌As1.41为出发菌株,采用酸碱滴定法检测发酵液中醋酸含量。通过单因子试验和正交设计,对该菌株产酸发酵培养基进行优化。[结果]巴氏醋酸杆菌As1.41的最佳发酵培养基最佳碳源和氮源分别是葡萄糖和酵母膏;巴氏醋酸杆菌As1.41的最佳发酵培养基配方为:葡萄糖1%,酵母膏1%,乙醇4%,乙酸0%,此条件下醋酸产量可达56.61g/L。[结论]该研究可为醋酸发酵的工业化生产提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the medium of acetic acid bacteria As1.41.[Method] Acetic acid bacteria As1.41 was taken as the experimental spawn,and the acid-base titration was adopted to measure acetic acid contents.The optimizing of the medium used in the production of acetic acid was studied by single factor and the orthogonal experiments.[Result] The best carbon and nitrogen sources were glucose and yeast extract.The best proportion of the medium contents for Asl.41 was glucose 1%,yeast extract 1%,ethanol 4%,and acetic acid 0%.Under this condition,the output of acetic acid could reach 56.6 g/L.[Conclusion] The study could provide reference for large-scale production of acetic acid fermentation.
