摘要
[目的]充分开发利用酿酒葡萄废弃物中生物活性物质白藜芦醇。[方法]采用固相萃取法对酿酒葡萄废弃物(皮渣、籽)中的活性物质白藜芦醇进行提取及纯化,而后基于白藜芦醇对硫酸-甲醛-高锰酸钾体系化学发光的加强作用,采用流动注射化学发光分析法对其含量进行测定。[结果]酿酒葡萄废弃物中白藜芦醇浓度与化学发光强度在1.32×10-8~1.32×10-5mol/L的范围内呈线性关系,计算方法的检测限为1.98×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差RSD为3.5%。[结论]流动注射化学发光方法可用于酿酒葡萄的废弃物中白藜芦醇含量的测定,该方法简单、快速、灵敏。
[Objective] To fully develop and utilize resveratrol in wine-grape wastes.[Method] Resveratrol was extracted and purified by using solid phase extraction method from the waste of wine-grape(skin slag,seed).And then assay the content with the application of FI-CL which is based on KMnO4-HCHO CL system.[Result] Under the optimized conditions,the measurement of resveratrol over the range of 1.32×10-8-1.32×10-5 mol/L was allowed with a detection limit of 1.98×10-8 mol/L(3σ),and the relative standard deviation is 3.5%.[Conclusion] The method can be used for determination of resveratrol content in wine-grape waste with advantages of simple,rapid and sensitive.
