摘要
[目的]优化适合生产的反枝苋粗多糖的提取工艺条件。[方法]以药用植物反枝苋为原料,以粗多糖的提取量为指标,用水提取反枝苋粗多糖,通过正交试验,研究料液比、提取时间及提取次数(C)对反枝苋多糖得率的影响,确定多糖的最佳提取工艺。[结果]影响反枝苋粗多糖提取率的因素主次关系是提取时间>提取次数>料液比。最佳提取工艺为A1B2C3,即料液比1∶10 g/ml,提取时间2 h,提取次数为3次,在该工艺条件下,反枝苋多糖得率为2.102%。[结论]该试验优选出的反枝苋多糖提取工艺操作简单、工艺稳定、经济可行。
[Objective] To optimize the extraction technique for crude polysaccharide from Amaranthus retroflexus.[Method] By using orthogonal experiment,with the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide as index,the solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times were optimized.[Result] The order of the influencing factors was as follows: extraction time extraction times solid-liquid ratio.The optimum extraction technique was A1B2C3,namely solid-liquid ratio 1∶10 g/ml,extraction time 2 h,extraction times 3,the yield of crude polysaccharide from Amaranthus retroflexus was 2.102% under the above conditions.[Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology of the experiment is simple,stable,economic and feasible.
