Ⅲ型Pilon骨折临床治疗与分析

摘要 Ⅲ型Pilon骨折是由高能量损伤导致的一种严重踝关节内骨折．以胫骨远端关节面嵌压或爆裂，胫骨干骺端严重粉碎，移位．并伴有周围软组织严重损伤为特点。随着内固定材料的改进及微创技术的广泛应用，Ruedi—AllgowerI、II型Pilon骨折疗效大多比较满意，治疗难点及争论的焦点主要集中在Ⅲ型Pilon骨折上。
