优秀教学模式的实践生成研究——基于行动研究的启示

摘要 行动研究发现:优秀教学模式的实践生成是基础教育课程改革中的新现象,生成的教学模式具有体现新课程理念、经过初步实践检验、操作性较强但理论性、系统性稍弱的特点,其生成过程经历了个体初步尝试期、个体明确探索期、个体探索高原期、学校关注与支持期、专业力量推动与完善期五个阶段。浓厚的教育教学内在兴趣、强烈的自主专业发展意识、丰富的学科教学知识和优良的专业习惯是影响优秀教学模式实践生成的个体因素;课改大背景、校长支持、同伴互助和专业力量支持是保证教学模式实践生成的外部因素。 The action research has discovered that it is a new phenomenon in new curriculum reform to generate excellent teaching models in practice.The generated teaching model embodies the new curriculum principles,and can be easily manipulated,but it is weak in theory and system.Its generation undergoes five stages: individual try,individual exploration,individual exploration plateau,school's concern and support,professionals' push and improvement.There are two factors to affect the generation of excellent teaching models: the individual factor and the external factor.The former includes the deep interest in teaching,strong self-consciousness of professional development,rich knowledge in subject teaching and excellent professional habit;and the latter includes the background of new curriculum reform,support of headmasters,assistance of associates and support of professionals.
