子宫内膜移行细胞癌临床病理特征
摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜移行细胞癌的临床病理特点。方法结合文献分析1例子宫内膜移行细胞癌的临床病理特点。结果子宫内膜移行细胞癌无特征性临床症状,病理形态相似膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅱ～Ⅲ级,免疫组化结果 CK7阳性,CK20阴性。结论子宫内膜移行细胞癌是罕见子宫内膜癌的组织学亚型,形态学上具有尿路移行上皮分化特征,但保持了苗勒管免疫表型,CK7阳性,CK20阴性。
