摘要 西南地区山高谷深、地形地质复杂,在这些区域修建铁路,工程十分艰巨。近几年来,西南地区的铁路投资逐年增加,如何使线路方案的设计更加合理、可行、节省投资是一个值得探讨的问题。文中剖析了几条线路设计方案的常见问题,并提出了如下建议:(1)长大紧坡地段和展线地段应自上而下定线,否则将增加工程量;(2)展线时应把握好展线原则紧坡而下,选好控制点、避免顺河追坡展线,并应掌握好设站、跨河与展线的时机;(3)对傍山线路应选择合适的工程方案并合理利用长隧短打的方案;(4)没有充分理由时不应加大隧道的设计坡度,以改善运营条件;(5)线路平剖面的设计应掌握"平、顺原则";(6)在线路方案比较中应找出方案的最佳组合并避免漏列重要的投资因素。 The topography and geology is complicated in the southwest area of China, where it is very difficult to build the railway. In recent years, the investment for railway increases year by year in the southwest area. How to make route design proposal more reasonable and feasible and save the investment is worth discussing. In this paper, common prob- lems in the design proposals of several railways are analyzed and the following suggestions are put forward: (1) the a- lignment shall be from up to down in the long sufficient grade section and line development section, otherwise, the works will increase; (2) the line development principle shall be complied with that the control point shall be determined cor- rectly and the opportunity for setting the station, crossing the river and developing the line shall be taken; (3) for the line along the mountain, a reasonable engineering scheme shall be selected and combined with long - tunnel short - tun- neling scheme ; (4) if there is no full reason, the design gradient of the tunnel shall not be increased to improve the op- eration conditions ; (5) the plan and profile design of the line shall comply with "flat and smooth principle" ; (6) the optimum scheme combination shall be selected in the scheme comparison and the omission of important investment fac- tors shall be avoided.
