复发性大肠癌35例再手术的分析

SURGICAL MANAGEMENT OF RECURRENT COLORECTAL CANCER -An analysis of 35 cases

本文报道了35例复发性大肠癌的再手术,其中结肠癌14例,直肠癌21例。病理组织学类型:腺癌27例,低分化和未分化占21例;粘液癌8例。Dukes病理分期:A期5例、B期14例、C期16例。再次手术间隔时间多数在2年以内。首次手术切除不彻底是大肠癌术后局部复发的重要因素。只要患者全身无远处转移,局部条件较好都应积极再手术,复发性的切除率为51％。

This paper is intended to analyze the re-operation of 35 pati- ents with locally recursent colorectal cancer. Among them were 14 colon cancers and 21 rectum cancers. Their pathologic patterns were poorly differentinted,or undifferentiated from those of adenocar- cinoma and mucinous carcinoma. Dukes staging A 5 cases, Dukes B14 cases, Dukes C 16 cases. The interval between the first and second operation was practically almost within two years. The main factors loading to the local recurrence of operated colorectal cancers were referable to the incomplete resection first. If there is no distant metastase and the local condition is better, the second operation is indicated. The resectability rate of recurrent lesions is about 51%.
