摘要
目的 :探讨脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)V波反应阈识别伪聋的价值。方法 :对 2 2 5例耳外伤者及 6 0例正常人进行BAEP及纯音听力测定。结果 :6 0例正常人V波反应阈F10~ 2 0dB ,相当于其客观听阈。 2 2 5例耳外伤者主观听阈与估测听阈符合 16 1例 ,其中听力正常 5 3例 (2 4% ) ,听力下降 10 8例(48% ) ;二者明显不符合考虑伪聋 6 4例 (2 8% )。结论 :BAEP与纯音测听相结合 ,能准确识别伪聋 ,评估出较为客观真实的听力状况。
Objective:To investigate the significance of wave V threshold of brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) in identifying simulated deafness.Methods:BAEP and audiogram were tested in 225 patients with ear injury and 60 normal subjects.Results:In the normal cases, 10 20dB below wave V threshold of BAEP corresponded to the objective hearing threshold. One hundred and sixty one patients showed subjective hearing threshold conforming to the estimated threshold, 53 of which had normal hearing, the other 108(48%) cases had decreased hearing level, and 64(28%) cases whose subjective hearing threshold didn't conform to the estimated threshold, were considered as simulated deafness.Conclusions:The simulated deafness could be accurately identified by combining BAEP with audiogram and objective hearing level could be evaluated.
