联合应用实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法在结核性脑膜炎诊断中的意义

摘要 目的分析联合应用实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法在结核性脑膜炎诊断中的意义。方法取该院于2007年4月至2011年4月收治的经临床确诊的结核性脑膜炎患者76例,随机分为观察组与对照组各38例。对照组患者使用涂片法进行结核分枝杆菌的检查,观察组联合使用实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法,比较两者检测结果的真阳性率情况。结果观察组阳性检出率为97.37%(37/38),对照组阳性检出率为57.89%(22/38),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法可以快速准确检测出早期结核性脑膜炎患者,改善其预后,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of joint use of real time fluorescence quantitative PCR and phage amplified biologically assay in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis. Methods 76 patients with tuberculous meningitis in our hospital from April 2007 to April 2011,which were clinically diagnosed and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the control group using the smear method for Mycobacterium tuberculosis screening,the ob- servation group used a combination of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and phage amplified biologically assay,comparing de- tection results of true positive rate. Results The observation group positive rate was 97.37 % (37/38). The control groups positive rate was 57.89%(22/38). There was significant di/ference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion There were important val- ues for early diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis in joint use of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and phage amplified biologi- cally assay.
