血清GP73检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清中高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)对原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断的临床意义。方法应用ELISA法和化学发光免疫分析法分别对85例肝细胞癌、57例慢性肝炎、48例肝硬化和30例健康对照者血清中GP73及AFP进行定量检测。结果 GP73和AFP检测在肝癌组对PHC诊断的敏感度分别78.83%和64.71%;两者联合检测敏感度可提高至92.94%。结论 GP73对PHC诊断具有较好的敏感度,GP73和AFP联合诊断更有利于提高PHC的临床诊断。
