系统性红斑狼疮患者血清诱骗受体3和细胞因子间关系的探讨 被引量:1

Study on the relationship between DcR3 and cytokines pattern in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 目的探讨诱骗受体3(DcR3)与γ-干扰素/白细胞介素-4(IFN-γ/IL-4)分泌模式在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者免疫紊乱过程中发生的变化及两者的关系。方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测36例SLE患者和32例健康者血清中DcR3、IL-4和IFN-γ的水平。结果 SLE患者血清DcR3、IFN-γ和IL-4水平显著升高(P<0.01);DcR3与IL-4呈正相关(r=0.340,P<0.05),与IFN-γ无明显相关关系(r=-0.105,P>0.05),与IFN-γ/IL-4呈负相关(r=-0.332,P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者血清DcR3水平显著升高,可能参与SLE的发生发展过程;SLE患者Th1/Th2细胞因子分泌模式复杂,不同患者可能分别表现为Th1细胞或Th2细胞优势;SLE中DcR3具有一定的促Th2偏移作用。 Objective To investigate the level of decoy receptor 3(DcR3) and the characteristics of IFN-y/IL-4 pattern in pa- tients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods 36 patients with SLE and 32 healthy volunteers as controls were includ ed in the study. Serum levels of DcR3, IL-4 and IFN-7 were determined by double-antibody-sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Compared with the healthy volunteers, significantly higher serum DcR3, IFN-Y and IL-4 concentrations were detected in SLE patients(P〈0.01). DcR3 correlated positively with IL-4(r=0. 340,P〈0.05)and negatively with IFN 7/IL- 4 ratio(r= --0. 332,P〈0.05) ,while no correlation was observed between DcR3 and IFN-Y(r= 0. 105 ,P〉0. 05). Conclusion DcR3 might be involved in the development of SLE. Thl/Th2 cytokines pattern might be complex in SLE and different in individual SLE patients. DcR3 might promote T helper cells transforming into Th2 cells to some extent in SLE patients.
