血小板在机体清除腺病毒中的作用

摘要 基因治疗作为一种新兴的医疗手段,为人类疾病治疗开辟了一条新的途径。基因治疗最关键的问题之一是要选择合适的载体以确保治疗基因安全、高效地导入靶细胞。腺病毒因具有诸多优点而被作为最广泛的运载工具,特别是用于肿瘤基因治疗。但是作为非血液传染的病原体,腺病毒在血液里没有幸存的变异机制,在血液循环过程中很快会被清除[1]。
