紫外分光光度法测定5-氟尿嘧啶微乳的含量研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :测定微乳中 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 Fu)的含量。方法 :将制得的含药微乳中先加入 5 0 %盐酸 ,80℃、加热 2 0min ,使微乳结构破坏 ,用乙醚、氯仿反复提取。提取液在 2 6 5nm波长处检测。结果 :线性浓度范围为 4.2 5~2 1.2 5 μg/ml;5 Fu平均回收率为 (10 0 .1± 0 .4) %。 结论 :本法结果准确 。 Objectives:Determination of 5 fluorouracil in microemulsion.Methods:50%HCl is added to the sample and heated in 80°C for 20 minutes to destroy the microemulsion,then repeatedly extracted with ether,chloroform and the content of 5 Fu in the extract is determined spectrophotometrically.Results:A linear limit of 4.25~21.25μg/ml and a mean recovery of (100.1±0.4)% were obtained.Conclusions:A accurate method for determination of 5 Fu in microemulsion is established and all interferences can be eliminated.
