摘要 目的了解该地区泌尿生殖道炎患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况。方法提取4242例女性患者宫颈脱落细胞,通过核算扩增分型技术进行HPV检测。结果其中942例患者检出HPV阳性,感染率为22.2%;呈现了本地区女性两个易感年龄段,分别为20~<25岁和40~<45岁年龄段。结论 HPV检测在初筛宫颈病变中有积极作用,HPV在女性生殖道有较高的感染率,也是影响女性生殖健康的重要危险因素;从根本上预防HPV感染,加强生殖健康宣传教育,提高广大女性对HPV的认知度。 Objective To investigate the situation of HPV infection in patients with urogenital tract inflammation in huhhot.Methods Extracted 4 242 cases of female patients with cervical exfoliated cells and HPV testing by nucleic acid amplification typing technique.Results 942 cases were detected HPV-positive,the infection rate was 22.2%,and presented the two susceptible age of 20-25 years and 40-45 years.Conclusion HPV detection displayed an active role in the screening of cervical lesions,HPV showed a higher rate of infection in the female genital tract,and it was also important risk factor effects on female reproductive health.Fundamentally prevent HPV infection,strengthening reproductive health propaganda education to raise the awareness of women.in general to HPV.
