湖南石门雄黄矿物药材特点与开发利用研究

A Study on Characters of Medicinal Materials and Exploitation and Application of Mineral Realgar in Shimen Hunan

用化学分析、X射线衍射分析等测试手段对产于湖南石门雄黄矿物药材的测试表明 :石门所产雄黄主要成分As2S2 的含量与理论值接近 ,且含多种微量元素 ,属优质矿物药材。其药理作用主要与所含砷及硫有密切关系。石门雄黄矿产量大 ,药性最佳 ,但面临资源枯竭 ,应采取开源节流的措施 ,大力勘探新矿源 ,延长矿山寿命。

Realgar in Shimen Hunan, a kind of mineral medicinal material, was determined with chemical analysis and X-ray diffractive analysis, and the conclusion showed: The content of As2S2, which is the main part of realgar in Shimen, approached the theoretical amount, and lots of other kinds of trace elements are contained in realgar,so it is a kind of high-grade mineral medicinal material, and pharmacological effects are closely related to Arsenic and Sulfur of that. Though the yield from the realgar mine in Shimen is very large and the pharmic nature is best, the resources exhausted still would be lied. We should take measures to increasing income and reducing expenditure, and devote major efforts to exploring new mineral resources to prolong the mine's life.
