摘要
在CCD比色测温法中光谱曲线峰值大小决定滤光片的选取以及波长的选取。为了减小单色仪对光谱曲线标定造成的误差,最大程度还原曲线特性,论文用多种插值方法对曲线进行了校正,并对曲线进行了离散化,结果表明离散的三次样条插值法能够最大程度地还原光谱曲线。实验结果表明,把修正离散后的数据代入的比色测温公式中,计算所得的温度更接近真实温度,有效地降低了实验误差。
CCD colorimetric thermometry peak spectral curve determines the size of the filter selection and wave- length selection. In order to reduce spectrum curve calibration error from monochromator, and best to reduction curve characteristics, the paper uses interpolation methods to correct and curve discrete. Results show that dis- crete 3 - spline interpolation method can be best to reduction curve characteristics: The experiment shows that taking the discrete date into the colorimetric temperature measurement formula, the calculated temperature is more close to true temperature, and reduce the error effectively.
