摘要
应用Creo建立某隧道车车架实体模型,给出了车架应力分析时的模型简化方法。根据车架的受力特点,提出了两个有限元分析的边界条件,建立了有限元模型。用ANSYS Workbench分别求解两种边界条件下,车架的应力大小和应力分布规律,进行了对比分析,得到了满载静止状态下车架等效应力分布云图,及车架变形云图。
