边缘性人格障碍与焦虑症的诱发电位比较

A comparative study of borderline personality disorder and anxiety neurosis using evoked potentials

目的 探讨边缘性人格障碍 (BPD)和焦虑症 (AN)在诱发电位中的特点。方法 收集 2 7例 BPD组、34例 AN组及 5 2名正常成人对照 (NC) ,应用美国仪器以及光、声、触刺激 ,完成视觉诱发电位 (VEP)、听觉诱发电位 (AEP)和体感诱发电位 (SEP)检查。结果 与 NC相比 ,BPD组潜伏期 VEP/ P1 、P2 ,AEP/ P1 、N2 前移 ,波幅 VEP/ N1 - P2 、P3,AEP/ P3,SEP/ P2 、P3增高 ,但波幅 VEP/ P2 - N2 、P2 ,AEP/ P2 降低。与 NC相比 AN组潜伏期 VEP/ P1 、P3,AEP/ N2 前移 ;波幅 VEP/ P2 - N2 、P2 ,AEP/ P2 、SEP/ P2 - N2 、P3降低。BPD组与 AN组相比 ,在潜伏期 VEP/ P2 以及波幅 VEP/ N1 - P2 、AEP/ P3、SEP/ P2 - N2 、P2 、P3上两者有显著性意义 ,BPD组前移于 AN组 ,波幅增高。结论 BPD组和 AN组诱发电位特点 。

Objective In order to investigate the characteristics of evoked potentials of patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and anxiety neurosis (AN), this study was made Methods There were 27 BPD patients, 34 AN patients and 52 normal controls included into this study Visual evoked potentials(VEP), auditory evoked potentials(AEP) and somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) were recorded from every subject, using an American Nicolet CA 1000 instrument Results Compared with the normal controls, BPD group showed shortened latencies (VEP/P 1, P 2, AEP/P 1, N 2), increased amplitudes (VEP/N 1 P 2, P 3, AEP/P 3, SEP/P 2, P 3) and decreased amplitudes (VEP/P 2 N 2, AEP/P 2); AN group also presented shortened latencies (VEP/P 1, P 3, AEP/N 2) and decreased amplitudes (VEP/P 2 N 2, P 2, AEP/P 2, SEP/P 2 N 2, P 3) A significant difference of evoked potentials between BPD group and AN group was found with the latency of VEP/P 2, the amplitude of VEP/N 1 P 2, AEP/P 3 and SEP/P 2 N 2, P 2, P 3 BPD patients showed shorter latency and higher amplitude than AN group Conclusion The characteristics of evoked potentials of BPD and AN patients deserve more intensive studying
