长庆气田不压井更换管柱作业技术研究

摘要 摘要:带压作业技术是使用特殊设备和工具在井筒内保持作业前压力的前提下,实施起下管柱的一种工艺方法,它可以最大限度地避免外来因素对储层的影响,保护储层产能。介绍了长庆气田目前生产现状,模拟长庆气田井下压力和温度条件.对优选的国产桥塞进行了室内评价实验,证实了其安全性和可靠性,并成功开展了气井不压井更换生产管柱作业现场试验。通过对该技术的研究,为长庆气田中后期井下作业提供了必要的技术储备。 Snubbing operations with pressure is a technology with special equipment and tools,which keep the pressure before operation in well bore, then pulling out and running string. It can be maximized avoid the impact of external factors on the reservoir to protect the reservoir capacity. The article describes the current production status of Changqing Gas Field, and simulated the downhole pressure and temperature,to made evaluation experi- ment of optimal bridge plug indoor, confirmed its safety and reliability. And successfully replaced a gas well pro- duction string under snubbing test. Through the study,the necessary technical reserves are provided for Changqing gas field in the latter part of the underground work.
