摘要
本文采用水、盐酸及氢氟酸逐级处理,对胜利褐煤固有活性矿物质进行逐级脱除,并对矿物质脱除各阶段煤样及对应的煤灰进行SEM和EDS分析。结果表明,水对胜利褐煤的矿物质几乎没有脱除能力,而盐酸对矿物质有较大的脱除能力,可脱除55%以上的矿物质,而氢氟酸对盐酸不能脱除的矿物质脱除率可达85%,盐酸及氢氟酸对胜利褐煤矿物质的总体脱除率达93%以上,说明盐酸及氢氟酸对胜利褐煤矿物质具有很高脱除效率。胜利褐煤经盐酸及氢氟酸逐级处理后,大部分矿物质成分被脱除,矿物质含量大幅度下降,但其总体形貌却没有发生根本性变化。
In this paper,water,hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid sequentially were used to demineralize the active inherent mineral in Shengli lignite.The demineralized coal samples in each stage and the corresponding ash were studied by SEM and EDAX.The results showed that almost no inherent mineral can be removed by water,but hydrochloric acid can leach more than 55% of the inherent minerals and up to 85% inherent minerals after elution by hydrochloric acid can be extracted.The overall demineralization percent reached more than 93%,indicating that hydrochloric acid conjunction with hydrofluoric acid has a high demineralization efficiency on the Shengli lignite.Most of inherent mineral may be demineralized by the extraction of hydrochloric acid followed by hydrofluoric acid,resulting in the significant drop of mineral content,but without influence on its overall morphology.
