摘要
目的了解云南省玉溪市原发性高血压患者的流行病学特征.方法采用现状集中调查的方式对研究对象进行问卷调查访谈,资料整理后进行统计学分析.结果云南省玉溪市高血压患者对疾病的诊断及服药方式等认知情况差,治疗率和控制率分别为93.4%和13.8%.结论有必要在云南省玉溪市进一步增强高血压知识宣教,普及高血压预防知识,提高高血压的治疗率和控制率.
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of essential hypertension in Hongta District. Method All the data were collected through using a unified questionnaire. Results Rates of treatment and control were 93.4% and 13.8%. People＇s knowledge about hypertension was poor. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out education, prevention and control on hypertension and to establish a series of standards for the management and treatment on cases of hypertension.
